OAKLAND, MD; COLVILLE, WA; and VIENNA, VA – February 28, 2020 – Internet Service Provider NeuBeamTM, a service of Declaration Networks Group, has announced new hires for its Garrett County, Maryland and Colville, Washington offices.
Devin Callis has recently joined the Garrett County team as Service Manager. Devin has been a lifelong resident of Garrett County. Prior to NeuBeam, Devin worked for DirectSat USA and AT&T/DirecTV. He is a father of 4 (plus a Goldendoodle named Riley) and is an avid hunter, fisherman, and outdoorsman in his spare time.
Shannan Marrs was recently hired as Sales Manager for Washington State. Shannan has been in sales for over 30 years, the past ten of those in the wireless industry. She also has a strong technical background and has worked previously on site acquisition for a major carrier. Shannan grew up all over the world as her parents were both in the military. She has three grown children, who all live in Washington State. And in her spare time, Shannan likes hunting and fishing.
Robert Jay has joined the Declaration Networks/NeuBeam team as Service Manager for the Washington office. Robert has lived in Spokane for 25 where he has raised six children and also has one grandchild. Prior to Neubeam, Robert worked for Certified Security and Sound as their Technician Supervisor. His family owns a marina in Lake Couer d’Alene, ID. He is also the Production Manager for FarmJam™ Festival in Colville, WA.
