Vienna, VA, November 16, 2020 – Declaration Networks spotlights Washington State NeuBeam customer Kim Warwick.
Kim has lived most of her life in Stevens County, Washington. She recently moved to a new home in Kettle Falls where her only options for Internet was satellite. Kim is a medical coder working from home and a good Internet connection is essential. Kim says the satellite connection was terrible. “It was really jumpy and super slow! I struggled getting my work done,” says Kim.
Working remotely, Kim’s work team used Microsoft Skype to remain in contact (they have since moved to Microsoft Teams). “Any time we did Skype meetings, I would always be a page or two behind everybody else because [my connection] lagged so bad,” says Kim. Now, she says “I’m staying ahead of my normal workload because the speed is so much better than what I had before.” She also appreciates that there are no data limits with NeuBeam which she constantly had to deal with previously with her satellite connection.
Kim appreciates receiving service from a company with a local office. “I can literally see your tower from my back porch” she notes. “And I appreciate Shannan (NeuBeam Eastern Washington Sales Manager) being right there when I need to talk to somebody” she continued.
